NetEx is an end-to-end network complaint management platform for Wireless Service Providers. It is designed to handle end-to-end complaints with seamless integration between backend and field processes through a single platform.

  • NetEx consists of two parts, viz.-
    • A Web Portal that handles all the end-to-end complaints, including seamless integration between backend and field processes.
    • An Android Mobile application that handles schedules customer visits, undertakes RF and Data network measurements and allows uploading of the data directly from the customer location.

Their primary purpose is to analyze customer-reported network issues.

NetEx Web Portal
Features and Advantages:
  • Single Portal for end-to-end complaint handling that includes forwarding cases to Client Departments, forwarding complaints for Field Visits and RF Analyst's review.
  • Use of Bulk Complaint Analysis that helps in filtering out complaints that require specific action.
  • Loading details from CRM to NetEx Portal via an API or uploading Excel dumps.
  • Ability to view the current status of all complaints.
  • Ability to track the history of all complaints and initiate appropriate actions.
  • Generate reports and view dashboards of complaint status.
  • Ability to download data dumps easily and at any time.
  • The KPI Analyzer feature allows the first level of analysis using historic Network KPIs on a visual GIS layer on the Portal.
  • Capability to import RF Analysis reports based on field visit data to MS Office apps like PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
NetEx Mobile App

  • NetEx mobile application gathers information related to the RF environment and Data network performance directly from the customer's location.
  • Field Engineers receive complaint details in their NetEx Mobile app from the NetEx Web Portal.
  • Calling and scheduling customer appointments through the NetEx application itself.
  • Field Engineers can collect live field data without any manipulation using the application.
  • Data is uploaded and saved in the NetEx Portal and available for further analysis by the RF Analysts.
  • Option to view the Serving Cell and the nearest neighbor cells within a 2km radius of the customer location along with a display of the relevant site attributes required for problem analysis.
  • Outdoor Survey with Signal level plotting and uploading to the backend directly from the application.
