Job Responsibilities
- Site Maintenance of Small Cell, Wifi, UBR and Enodeb - Reset and/or Replacement of HW /cards - Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at the site
- Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP - Providing data for Consumption booking in SAP
- Related tasks as instructed by NOC Engineers.
- Preventive Maintenance compliance- 100%- within SLA
- Corrective Maintenance Compliance - 100% within SLA -(4 hours)
- Network availability to be ensured at 99.95%
- Material moments to be handled properly and returned with good condition within timeline
- JIO application and Netex app to be used with 100 % compliance.
- Required to travel within CMP
Requirements
- Years of experience: 2 to 5 years in Telecom O&M
- Preferably having experience with - Small cells, WIFI, IP, SMPS, Battery, Earthing & UBR Maintenance. - Power /CIPRI Replacement, Check on GPS Connector, LOS Clearance, Radio Replacement - Physical Replacement of Switches, Antennas, and LOS alignments for UBR sites.
- Education: BE/Btech - (EE/ETC/EEE), BTech Graduate before 2020
- Bike is a MUST with a valid DL
- Police Verification Certificate and Medical Certificate are mandatory at the time of onboarding
