Job Purpose:
In the highly competitive telecom business, network quality and performance are the key differentiators for any wireless network. This role will be responsible for ensuring that design inputs for all RF domain-related KPIs/Parameters are defined and measured correctly by the company’s RF products and serve as the SME for all wireless technologies within the company.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd-sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE/5G) & customer experience
- Perform analysis of RF performance KPIs and identify areas to improve performance
- Implementation and acceptance testing of new nodes/features in coordination with internal Development Teams and Client Teams.
- Deriving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommending corrective
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE/5G)
- Excellent domain knowledge and hands-on experience to use optimization tools.
- Very good analytical skills to troubleshoot network quality KPI degradation/customer complaints.
- Strong leadership and people management capability, Strategy handling skills and very good cross-functional coordination.
