Major T T Thomas : CEO & Managing Director

Major Thomas founded TelecomOne in 2006 after serving in key positions at BPL Mobile (now Vodafone), Bharti Airtel, Ericsson India, and Indian Army’s Mobile Communication division.

Thomas has close to 30 years of experience in the telecom industry.

A graduate of the National Defence Academy he is also an Electronics & Communications engineering graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is an alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, where he attended a long term Management Development Program.

Thomas has worked with large wireless operators like BPL Mobile (now Vodafone) as Head Engineering, Bharti Airtel where he headed Airtel’s Network department in Andhra Circle. He worked as the Regional Manager, Ericsson India managing Bharti Airtel’s largest Managed Services operations initially in the North and subsequently in the South Region.

Thomas served as Chief of Technology for the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) project under the Ministry of Home Affairs and was responsible for the technology design of India's first Counter Terror IT infrastructure created in the aftermath of the Mumbai 26/11 terrorist attacks.

A graduate having more than 24 years of experience in the Telecom industry in Product & Application Engineering, Service Operation & Delivery, Business Development & Customer Relationship Management with various Telecom Operators & Service Providers like Tyco Electronics, Lineage Power and GE Power. He has handled passive infrastructure operations of Indus Towers, ATC, Bharti Infratel and RJIO.

Banibrata is responsible for all Network Infrastructure at TelecomOne.

Suja has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience and started her career with one of India’s largest telecom organizations, Indian Telephone Industries(ITI).

She has been with TelecomOne since its Inception and is responsible for all finance and commercial functions.

Graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 20 years of experience in the Telecom Sector. He has gained expertise working with multiple telecom operators such as Ooredoo, Airtel and Idea and OEMs such as Ericsson and Huawei. His experience includes a healthy mix of overseas and domestic assignments.

He is responsible for the NCMS vertical and manages multi-disciplinary teams of varying sizes within TelecomOne.
